This Policy sets the privacy terms which apply to your use of the F1Play App. ISG are committed to protecting your privacy & security. This policy explains how ISG use your personal data, whether you’re just visiting our website or playing the game . Where you have choices or rights, we’ll explain them to you and respect your wishes. So that we can honour our commitment to be as transparent as possible, we have put together this policy which tells you:

1. Who are we?

1.1. As explained in the Terms and Conditions Interregional Sports Group Limited (‘ISG’, ‘we’, ‘us’) is the Promoter of the Competition. Interregional Sports Group Limited, whose offices are situated at 34 Anyards Road, Cobham, England, KT11 2LA.

1.2. This website, the F1Play App (the “Digital Products”) are operated by ISG of MimetHouse, 5a Praed Street, London, England, W2 1NJ. (“we”, “us” and/or “our”).

2. What information do you collect from me?

Registering for the App

2.1. In order to enter the competition players are required to register at www.f1play.game (the “Website”) or its related mobile app(s) (the “Mobile Apps”). Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts will be closed.

2.2. Please note that ISG will process your personal data for the purpose of administering this competition, such as ensuring that your credentials are genuine, to ensure that we are meeting local law requirements for running such competitors and to contact the winner(s), for example we require your postcode and data of birth, to meet geographic gambling and age restrictions.

2.3. We ISG also collect information about the way you access, view, share, contribute to and communicate with and through our services, which may include things like your IP address, operating system (e.g. Android, iOS), mobile network information and location data. We may also log information about when you access the app like dates and times of access.

Winners and Entrants Verification and Publication

2.5. Winners will be notified by email or telephone registered on their account. It is each player’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date.

2.6. So that ISG ensure that the competition is run fairly and lawfully, all prospective winners will be required to verify their age, identity, residence and any other requested verification information that we deem necessary to ensure that you are eligible to win the prize.

3. Why do you use my information?

4. I’m under 18, can I access the App?

4.1. We know that old and young alike love F1. Our websites and apps are aimed at over 18s, but we appreciate that they are accessed by a wide audience, which may include under 18’s.

4.2. If you are aged 15 or under, we will require permission from your parent or guardian in order for you to register on our website, unless otherwise stated at the point of registration. If you are required to provide permission from your parent or guardian, you will be asked to supply the name and email address of a parent or guardian to whom a confirmation email will be sent. Your account will only become active once your parent or guardian has clicked on the link within the confirmation email to provide their consent.

4.3. Although our services are not aimed at under 18’s, as a responsible organisation we will keep our services secure and will always take into consideration the Information Commissioners Office’s approach to children’s online safety.

Therefore in making our site generally accessible to the public we are processing information on the basis that keeping such information available is fun, promotes interest in sport and community engagement. 5. Who do you share my information with?

5.1. 7. Where do you store my information and how do you keep it secure?

7.1. In order to ensure fair and transparent processing, we will, taking into account our processing activities, adopt appropriate procedures for the processing of personal data, which shall include implementing technical and organisational measures which take into account the harm that may be suffered, and correct inaccuracies identified in personal data processed, so that risk of errors are minimised and your personal data is processed in a fair and secure manner.

7.2. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website and/or apps; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
